CELEBRATE THE NEW YEAR WITH DINING SPECIALS
Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort offers delicious dishes for as low as $8.95
SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Dec. 14, 2021) – Ring in the New Year with an array of dining specials at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort. Friends, family and loved ones can toast to 2022 over incredible dishes specially crafted for the occasion. From fine dining to cafes, each property offers the perfect New Year’s Eve meal for every appetite. The following are the dining specials offered at each property:
Casino Arizona
CAZ SPORTS BAR
From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. the CAZ Sport Bar will offer a three-course meal starting with the choice of Shrimp Chowder or a fresh Garden Salad. The entrée will feature blackened New York Steak with roasted Yukon gold potatoes and pan seared broccolini. Dessert will be Spiced Pear and Berry Crumble, $25.
BINGO HALL
Casino Arizona’s Bingo Hall will offer a Prime Rib Dinner with slow roasted prime rib with sauteed corn, cheddar mashed potatoes, and a dinner roll. The dish is served with a peanut butter chocolate bar for dessert, $12.50.
CHOLLA PRIME STEAKHOUSE & LOUNGE
Cholla Prime Steakhouse and Lounge will offer a prix fixe menu for $40 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. The menu will start with the choice of an appetizer of Marinated Grilled Shrimp Skewers or a crunchy Winter Salad with arugula, celery, candied walnuts, radishes, and apples with balsamic mustard dressing. The main course is Slow Roasted Prime Rib with potatoes au gratin, haricot verts, and sauteed bacon and garlic brussel sprouts. Dessert will feature spiced Bundt Cake with apple caramel sauce. Each item on the prix fixe menu is also available al-a-cart.
SALT RIVER CAFE
Salt River Café will offer an Herb Roasted Prime Rib Dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, sauteed corn with a dinner roll. Peppermint Cheesecake Squares will be served for dessert, $10.95.
THE WILLOWS RESTAURANT AT CASINO ARIZONA
Enjoy a delicious New Year’s Eve meal at Willows. For breakfast from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., enjoy a Red Chili Omelet served with a side of hash browns for $8.95. Dinner specials at the restaurant will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes Roasted Pork Loin with two 4oz. pieces of pork loin topped with apple jam, served with a vegetable medley, mashed potatoes, and brown gravy, $19.95. Dessert will be Key Lime Pie, $4.
Talking Stick Resort
BLUE COYOTE CAFÉ
Starting at 3 p.m. Blue Coyote Café will offer a pre-fixe menu starting with a choice of soup or salad, followed by Braised Leg of Lamb for an entrée with creamy boursin cheese polenta and roasted brussel sprouts. To top off the delectable New Year’s Eve meal, enjoy Rum Butterscotch Pudding Parfait with ginger molasses for dessert, $35.
THE ARENA POKER ROOM
A very special New Year’s Eve meal will be served in The ARENA Poker Room from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. for $33. Guests can enjoy Pan Seared Rib-eye Steak with creamy cognac mushroom sauce, roasted herb red potatoes and broccolini. Almond Pudding Cake will be served for dessert.
OCEAN TRAIL
From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. guests will enjoy a prix fixe New Year’s Eve meal starting with Crab Stuffed Lobster Tail with shrimp, scallops, lemon butter sauce, creamy saffron risotto, and asparagus. The meal concludes with Black Forest Cheesecake, $58.
ORANGE SKY
From 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. guests can enjoy a four-course menu, starting with Caviar Martini, followed by Fennel and Leak Lobster Risotto with baby leek, mascarpone and lobster nage. The main course features an option of either Bone-in Tenderloin Au Poivre or Braised Lamb Shank. The meal concludes with a selection of seasonal desserts. Items are priced individually.
BLUE COYOTE CANTINA
Starting at 4 p.m., Blue Coyote Cantina will offer a New Year’s Eve meal featuring an entrée and dessert for $26.95. The entrée will feature Ancho Tamarind Braised Pork Shank with spiced roasted baby carrots and poblano mashed potato. Dessert will be Caramelized Honey Brulee.
TASH
Starting at 5 p.m., Tash will feature a two-course New Year’s Eve meal. The first and main course will feature Filet Mignon and King Crab with grilled harissa-garlic buttered king crab legs, basmati saffron rice and broccolini, followed by Bananas Foster Butter Cake with butter pecan ice cream for dessert. All items are priced individually.
