SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (May 16, 2019) Talking Stick Resort will welcome one of music’s most prolific singer-songwriters, Justin Hayward to The Showroom on Saturday, August 17. Lead singer and guitarist for the legendary band the Moody Blues, Hayward has been performing with the group since they formed in 1966 when the group released their first album, “The View from the Hill.” Since then his career has continued to flourish both with the group and as a solo performer.

Hayward’s solo work includes his 2013 release, “Spirits of The Western Sky” and its companion   a ‘live in concert’ DVD ‘Spirits…Live’, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Video Chart. However, his solo success has not kept him from the Moody Blues, he continues to tour the globe with the group. Fans will not want to miss this chance to see Hayward as he performs from his vast repertoire of music including Moody Blues hits “Nights in White Satin,” “Tuesday Afternoon” and “Your Wildest Dreams” and those from his solo career, “Blue Guitar,” and “Forever Autumn,” while sharing background stories and anecdotes about the songs throughout the show.
