SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Sept. 27, 2017) Famed comedian, radio personality, author and sometimes actor, Jim Norton returns to Talking Stick Resort on Friday, Oct. 6. Known for a brutally honest style of comedy, Norton began his career at the young age of 21. He spent the next five years honing his comedy chops around clubs in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

His break came after an appearance on “The Louie Show” led to an opening slot on tour with Andrew Dice Clay. Norton parlayed that tour into a stint as a co-host on the nationally syndicated, Opie and Anthony radio. Since then and throughout his career, he has made regular appearances on shows like “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn,” “Last Comic Standing,” The Jay Leno Show” and Louis C.K.’s sitcom “Louis.”

Beyond television, Norton has written two “The New York Times” best selling books and made cameo appearances in films like “Spider-Man,” “Cop Out” and a pivotal role in the film “Courting Condi” about former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Earlier this year, Norton released a special on Netflix, “Jim Norton: Mouthful of Shame” to rave reviews. Fans won’t want to miss this chance to see this triple threat at the top of his game.
